Rental Information

Our rental rates are based upon season and the number of nights you stay.  Current rental rates are found at: http://www.vrbo.com/337134

 We also charge a cleaning fee of $125 and 11% tax that is remitted to Broward County and the State of Florida.  

We also charge a $500 refundable security deposit and a $39 fee to obtain $1,500 in damage insurance. 

 We now accept credit cards and you can pay online for your stay!
